Anthony J. Totta, founder, chief executive officer and produce consultant for Grow My Profits LLC, offers more than 30 years of proven success in fresh produce procurement, supply chain management, retail sales, purchasing, wholesale development and distribution. He has an industry-wide reputation for excellence in all areas of marketing, sales, and produce restructuring and consistently generates record returns for his clients.

Over the years, Anthony has built valuable partnerships with some of the country’s largest grower/shippers, and he leverages those relationships to help his clients make the right contacts and develop effective business strategies. Anthony’s client base includes companies from across the United States and abroad.

Prior to launching Grow My Profits, Anthony was affiliated with Market Fresh Produce LLC, a produce marketing company, of which he was a founding member. While at Market Fresh Produce, he also maintained a full-line produce distribution company warehouse operation.

Other past industry experience includes positions at Basic American Foods, Blaine Larsen Processing Inc., Affiliated Foods, Gallo Produce Company, White Oak United Super, Pisciotta Fruit and Vegetable Company, Ingles, Family Mart and Toppers United Super.

Anthony holds an appointment to a nationally-acclaimed consortium of consultants, Power-Produce, and associations with Produce for Better Health Foundation, Missouri Retail Grocers Association, Allied Food Club of Kansas City and Urban Life Ministries.

His educational background includes studies at Heart of America Bible College, Bob Jones University, Missouri Western State College and Fleming Training Institute.

Tony Totta is a Major Account Manager for Ricoh Americas Corporation, a division of Ricoh Corporation the number one manufacturer of document and information management hardware in the world. Tony has specialized in providing document process solutions for past half a decade. During that time, he has completed a myriad of certifications and trainings. He has served for over 5 years in the role of district sales manager, as well as, a direct sales specialist. His performance was recognized as the number one sales producer in his rank in 2005 and recently achieved number 7 in the entire United States for his 2007 performance. He is a member of the Century Elite, Gold Primus and Arrow Elite Clubs touting the highest honors within the industry. As a result of his guidance and value focused initiative, he was instrumental in implementing solutions that will result in savings of over $2 million in operating costs and twice that in process improvements for the companies he serves.

Tony has partnered with Grow My Profits to provide consulting services to its clients which create efficiencies for document management leading to increased customer service and greater profits.

Tony believes in investing in the community and as such serves as a member of the Downtown Council of Kansas City’s Education Committee. He is an elder at his church, based in downtown Kansas City. He is the co-founder and director of Real Life downtown, an organization with the purpose of helping Kansas City professionals integrate their professional and spiritual lives. Tony resides in Kansas City, MO today with his wife Sarah and son Anthony.
